The studio “Art of Control” operates since September 2003, fully furnished by GRATZ Industries, the original manufacturing company of Pilates equipment.
Sessions are private or dual when they involve exercises utilizing Pilates equipment and floor exercises (MAT). Group sessions involve floor exercises (MAT) and partial use of the equipment, such as the ‘Pilates Wall Units’, which they exceptionally enrich workout.
The studio is open from Monday to Friday. It is easily accessible by tube (Omonoia metro station), the Electric Railway line (Omonoia and Victoria station), as well as by electric trolleys and buses which make a stop near the Archaeological Museum.
